What we collect

When you sign up for Rorva we collect your email address and company name via Clerk (our authentication provider). We also collect usage data such as the AI tools you connect, spend figures you enter, and feature interactions within the dashboard. Billing is handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details directly — Rorva never stores card numbers.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the Rorva service, calculate ROI metrics, and send you product updates and important account notices. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Supabase — database and data storage
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We only share data with these services to the extent necessary to operate Rorva.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
