By accessing or using Rorva you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Rorva is a web application that helps organisations identify inactive AI seats, track AI tool spend, and produce board-ready reporting. Features include seat-level usage tracking, spend tracking, department allocation, and board-ready reports.
Rorva is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Each plan includes a 30-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not issue refunds after the 30-day trial period except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
You agree to provide accurate data about your organisation and AI tool usage. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use Rorva for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to access other users' data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the service. Upon termination your access will end at the close of the current billing period.
Rorva is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ROI estimates or savings projections — these are calculated from data you provide and industry assumptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rorva's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
